Registered as Minor Works Contractor (Grade 1) with Buildings Department

Gary Refrigeration Co., Limited has registered as the Minor Works Contractor (Grade I) with Buildings Department since 2010. With our selected sub-contractors, we are responsible to provide accurate advice and monitoring for the planning, design and construction of buildings and associated works and assure compliance with the relevant statutory and safety requirements.

Our Technical Consultant is a Chartered Engineer, Master Degree in Refrigeration, Member of The Hong Kong Institution of Engineers and American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers, Inc. His professionalism in Engineering & Construction leads us to provide a design and consultancy service to a qualified standard.
